Pushing Dirt and Boundaries: Our Trip to the 2025 Equip Exposition in Louisville, KY

Louisville didn’t let us down. The 2025 Equip Exposition was one hell of an experience — a few days packed with new technology, hands-on demos, and a ton of gear we couldn’t wait to try. From testing new excavation equipment to exploring the latest landscaping tools and techniques, the whole trip was a mix of learning, networking, and getting fired up for what’s next.

The industry’s changing fast, and that’s exactly what keeps it exciting. Every year, manufacturers roll out smarter, stronger, and more efficient machines designed to make the job easier and the results cleaner. We’re always looking for ways to take that innovation and turn it into better work for our customers — whether that means tighter grading, faster installs, or landscapes that hold up against Wisconsin’s toughest weather.

Deer Creek Contracting is built on progress. We don’t sit around and wait for things to change — we go find it, test it, and bring it home. This year’s expo gave us plenty to work with, and we’re already planning how to put it into motion across our excavation, landscaping, and snow services.
